George Thorogood & the Destroyers - One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer
It was a basement pub, darkly lit and badly decorated. The walls were covered in pictures of motorbikes. You could score speed or dope in public, and nobody ever gave a toss. It was called the Lady Godiva, but everyone knew it simply as The Dive.

It's a student bar these days, and I've never been tempted to see the old place again. It would be pointless. There's no way I could get a pint of Flowers Original there. Anyway, all that I need to take me back is the one song that always seemed to be playing behind the bar, George Thorogood's One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer. If you want to listen to unreconstructed blues rock drinking songs, I can think of none better.
