Explosions in the Sky - Greet Death
Welcome back, boxstr.com. Though you had been gone only a few days, you were much missed, and not just because you offer more bandwidth than any other free hotlinked hosting provider. No, welcome back also for your statistics, which provided much perplexity here at Doklands. I've posted many tunes, both superficially popular and unpopular since joining boxstr. The one which got (by far) the most downloads, for reasons which have forever eluded me, was Turner Prize-winning artist Mark Leckey's March of the Big White Barbarians.

Anyway, boxstr: to mark your return let's have something popular, something people actually like, and see how the bandwidth holds out. It is de rigeur in certain circles to give records ridiculously pretentious names; it is de rigeur at Doklands to always mock them for this. Thus it is with an admirably straight face that I tell you that today's track comes from an album called Those Who Tell the Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell the Truth Shall Live Forever. Looks like post-rock didn't quite get rid of all of the old rock clichés after all. But never mind about that, because this track by Explosions in the Sky is GREAT: heart-rending and solemn and just plain full of sound.
